Best Pie Crust

This is a really easy pie crust.  The less you handle it the better.


Pie Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
pinch of salt
1/4 ice water

In a food processor add flour, butter and salt.  Pulse until the butter is the size of peas.  Add ice water and pulse until it becomes a ball.  Pour everything into a gallon food storage baggie and press it into the corner.  Place in the fridge until very cold. 

Roll it out on a lightly floured surface and use for anything that requires a crust.

Yummy!
