Chocolate Buttercream
1-1/2 cup butter, softened
8 cups powdered sugar, sifted
3/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1/4-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cream the butter in mixer. Add sifted powdered sugar and cocoa. Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Beat until well mixed and fluffy.
