Pampered Chef had a delicious seasoning packet and no longer makes it. At least, I'm not really willing to pay the $4-5 for one packet. So I came up with this yummy alternative.
Chipotle Ranch Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup light sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip or dressing (either works good)
2 teaspoon taco seasoning, optional
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with veggies and carrots.
Yummy!
