I love love love Red Lobster's garlic cheese biscuits. I came across this recipe and it tastes exactly like them!
Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2-3/4 teaspoon McCormick's Sea Salt & Garlic Grinder (this is the key!), divided
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix baking mix, milk, cheese, 1/4 teaspoon McCormick's Sea Salt & Garlic Grinder, milk. Mix with a fork until combined. Use an ice cream scooper and portion out 12-15 rounded biscuits. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown.
In the meantime, mix melted butter with remaining 1/4-1/2 teaspoon McCormick's Sea Salt & Garlic Grinder. When the biscuits come from the oven, immediately brush the tops with the garlic butter. Serve warm.
Delicious!
