This recipe reminds me of the fish you can get at Captain D's. It's really easy and really good!
Captain D's Fried Fish
Cod Fillets
Fish 'n Chips Seafood Batter Mix by McCormick Golden Dipt
Flour
Hot oil to fry fish
Mix the batter according to package directions.
Flour the cod pieces first then dip them into the prepared batter. Carefully fry in the hot oil until golden brown. These are so good!
