This is my favorite way to eat potato salad. The creamier, the better!
Potato Salad
potatoes (4-6)
eggs (1 egg for every 3 potatoes)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish (or dill)
1/4 salt
dash pepper
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Add diced potatoes and eggs to cold water and then bring to a boil for 10-12 minutes
prepare the dressing for the potato salad, mix together, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, onion powder, sweet pickle relish.
add hot potatoes and boiled eggs to the dressing and mix well.
chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Looks yummy! This is my favorite potato salad as well! The only thing I do differently is to shred a small carrot (it adds just a little sweetness) and I usually use 2 or 3 tablespoons of minced onion instead of the onion salt.
